Here are our offerings:

TOMATOES (very few left!):

Azoychka Yellow Beefsteak
(Beefsteak, Indeterminate, Open Pollinated) – a highly productive smooth-skinned heirloom with complex notes of sweet and citrus. Yellow/orange flesh and fruit that weighs 10-16 oz. Produces well until frost and likes lots of sun!

Glacier (Large Cherry, Determinate, Open Pollinated)- A compact plant typically reaching about 18 to 24 inches in height, making it suitable for containers or smaller garden spaces. Small to medium-sized, bright red, round fruits grow in clusters. Glacier tomatoes have a balanced and mildly sweet flavor with a hint of acidity. Excellent for fresh eating in salads, slicing for sandwiches, or incorporating into culinary dishes.

Japanese Black Trifele (Classic, Indeterminate, Open Pollinated) - These potato-leaf plants bear mahogany colored, pear shaped, rich and smoky flavored, crack-resistant, 4-6 oz. fruits. Harvest when shoulders are still green for best flavor. The dense flesh and juiciness of this tomato contribute to its appeal for both fresh consumption and culinary uses like sauces and salads.

Mortgage Lifter (Beefsteak, Indeterminate, Open Pollinated)- This famous classic maintains its widespread popularity due to its very large, meaty, smooth, globe-shaped, rosy-pink fruits. Fruits have a mildly sweet flavor that consistently wins taste-tests. Part of Slow Foods US Ark of Taste.

CUCUMBERS:
Muncher - A favorite slicer cucumber that is very prolific and tender. Muncher produces a smooth, nearly spineless cucumber that is crisp and delicious. Can be pickled when young or eaten fresh when it reaches 8-10" long and 2-3" wide. Skin is thin and tasty - definitely a favorite!

Lemon - Lemon cucumbers effortlessly produce loads of pastel yellow fruit just the color, size and shape of pale lemons. They have a mild, sweet flavor, crisp texture and non-bitter, thin skins. Cool and refreshing, very young Lemon cukes are delicious eaten right from the garden or for crunchy pickles. Vigorous vines can easily be trained up a trellis or strings for easy harvesting.

Telegraph Improved - This English cucumber is longer (up to 18") and thinner than traditional cucumbers, with very small, soft seeds. Fruits are long, thin-skinned, and burpless and add a cool, mild flavor and a snappy crunch to salads and sandwiches. These cucumbers develop best when grown on a trellis and get regular moisture while fruits are forming.

Armenian - These heirloom cucumbers are creamy, pale-green with long, ridged fruits that have a wonderfully crisp, juicy texture. Also called “Yard-long Cucumbers.” Bitter-free and crunchy with very thin skins, they have few seeds and never get pithy or hollow-hearted. Plants are heavy yielders
and thrive in hot summer areas.

Spacemaker - This compact cucumber is great for containers or hanging baskets. Its short, hardy vines produce slender, dark green fruits 7 1/2" long. Its prolific and great in salads or for eating right out of your pot or garden bed! Resistant to Cucumber mosaic virus and scab.

SQUASH:
Dirani - Plants have a compact habit and continually produce fruits to enjoy all summer. Large leaves provide excellent coverage for protection from sun. Harvest when small for fresh use or allow them to grow larger for stuffing and baking. Use in any recipe calling for zucchini.

Chiffon - This beautiful light yellow zucchini has fine, white flesh that is velvety smooth and tasty. Very slow to form seeds, so whether you're picking at the baby size with the blossom still intact or a full-sized fruit, you'll have the same, excellent, buttery flavor and creamy texture. Upright bush-habited plants are early and productive.
