Our tomatoes and other fun seedlings come in 3" pots. For our tomatoes, we ask for a donation of $4/plant, and for all our other edible and native seedlings, we ask for a donation of $2 each or 3 plants for $5. Our artichokes come in 1 gallon pots, and we ask for a donation of $6/plant. Of course if you'd like to donate more, we'd be very thankful :). All proceeds go to benefit The Almost Eden Garden Project!

Alice's Dream - BEEFSTEAK/YELLOW - A super beautiful tomato, bursting with antioxidants and an incredible depth of flavor with citrus aromas. Magnificent black (indigo) and yellow robe veined with red. Excellent production from mid-season until frost.
Brandywine – BEEFSTEAK/RED – An heirloom tomato standard with superb flavor and a luscious shade of red-pink. Fruits grow on unusually upright, potato-leaved plants.
Brown Sugar – MID-SIZED/BLACK – These dark-skinned fruits have a silky texture and a smoky, sweet, complex flavor. the 7-ounce, globe-shaped fruit of Brown Sugar does not disappoint - just perfect for snacking, slicing, cooked dishes, and sauces.
California Tulip – MID-SIZED/PASTE - A dazzling sunset-blushed paste tomato with a unique fruit shape, reminiscent of a tulip flower! This flavor is exquisite, thanks to a nice balance of sweetness and richness. Excellent for fresh eating, sauces, paste, catsup, and stuffing.
Costoluto Genovese – BEEFSTEAK/RED - A fluted old Italian favorite with flattened and attractive fruit with deep ribbing. This variety is a standard in Italy for both fresh eating and preserving, and is known for its intensely flavorful, deep red flesh.
Cuore di Bue – BEEFSTEAK/RED - These big tomatoes have a bottom-heavy shape reminiscent of a pouch with a gathered top, just under ½ pound each. One of the tastiest saucing types with dense flesh and lustrous, orangey-red skin.
Dad’s Sunset – BEEFSTEAK/ORANGE - Uniformly round, meaty, 10 -14 oz., smooth, golden-orange tomatoes that have a slightly tart, yet delightfully sweet, fruity flavor. One of the best tasting tomatoes. Very productive and disease resistant.
Japanese Black Trifele – MID-SIZED/BLACK - Prolific quantities of mahogany-colored, pear shaped fruit with greenish shoulders. Very tasty flesh with a meaty core – a work of art sliced out on a plate, with wonderful flavor that possesses extraordinary rich and complex flavors.
Missouri Pink Love Apple – BEEFSTEAK/PINK - slightly sweet pink fruits with a juicy, meaty texture. Produces an abundant yield that rivals the Brandywine and Cherokee Purple for outstanding full, complex, tomatoey flavors.
Mortgage Lifter – BEEFSTEAK/RED - large, smooth, 1-pound pink fruits have a delicious, rich, sweet taste that consistently wins taste-tests!
Nebraska Wedding – BEEFSTEAK/ORANGE - Plants yield an abundant crop of globe-shaped apricot-orange fruits weighing up to 12 oz. Perfect balance of sweet/acid and lots of flavor.
Pink Caspian – BEEFSTEAK/PINK - These prolific,1-2 pound, globe-shaped, pleated, pink-red beefsteak tomatoes rival Brandywine in popularity and flavor (some find the taste even better than Brandywine!)
Raspberry Lyanna – MID-SIZED/PINK – A simply stunning raspberry-pink fruit of medium size. Firm flesh is very sweet, almost free of imperfections and richly flavored - one of the prettiest tomatoes we have grown.
Whittemore Heirloom – BEEFSTEAK/RED - large pink beefsteak tomatoes with large lobes and prominent heirloom ribbing. One of the more flavorful beefsteak varieties available.
Other offerings: Blue Borage - Large plants bear hundreds of small edible blue flowers with a long harvest period. Borage flowers attract many gorgeous bees and butterflies.
CA Aster - This California native perennial blooms from summer to fall, making it a good garden companion for other plants that have a spring blooming season. Its petite flowers bloom in subtle shades of blue and lavender. Butterflies and moths are attracted to the nectar, and it is a host plant for several species of both insects. Birds eat the seeds after blooming.
Large Romanesco Artichoke - An old heirloom from the Romagna region of Italy. It produces lovely, large green heads, that are wonderfully flavorful. This variety makes a splendid, drought-tolerant edible ornamental. Try steaming or boiling, and serving with butter or Hollandaise.
Lemon Balm - Fresh leaves for teas, cold drinks, and salads. During the summer, small white flowers full of nectar appear which attract bees. Easy to grow.
Yellow Columbine - a yellow flowered form of a columbine with gorgeous flowers that face upwards to the sky and attract hummingbirds.
Magentaspreen (Tree Spinach) - A giant relative of Lambsquaters grown for its glowing magenta young leaf tips, easy to grow in heat or cold, where they can be harvested at 8 inches in 30 days or left to continue upward to 8 feet. With a taste similar to spinach each tip is magenta coated with powdery iridescence. Spectacular in a salad mix, or used any way you would many greens, steamed.
Strawberries! - Plants are a mix of Chandler, Pineapple and Seascape strawberries - all fabulous varieties you'll love! Soooo much better than store bought :).
Red Valerian - An everblooming perennial with clusters of tiny dark red flowers lasting for months. A tough, durable plant, it thrives with minimal water and care once established. Butterflies are frequent visitors, benefiting from the abundant nectar and pollen!
